Test and Rest Event with Balanced Friends Enjoy a Halotherapy session in the cave as well as a Minerals and Metals functional medicine lab test. Balanced Friends will lead education on toxins complete with free samples of detoxifying supplements.

Yoga Nidra with Smudgin Soul Sister in the Salt Cave Smudgin Soul Sister will lead you in Yoga Nidra for a deep relaxation and rejuvenation in the cave.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. If not, the card on file will be charged 50% of the event price.
